Jacob Souders has extensive experience working in professional studio environments and has managed and operated a recording studio for Music Ascension in New York and Pennsylvania. He excels at recording, mixing and producing music in an array of styles including rock, pop, jazz, R&B, folk and classical. Jacob keeps the artist and their creative vision at the forefront of every project and maintains artistic integrity through the process of cutting a record. He has a passion and deep love for analog recording technologies and the their creative applications in the modern day. An extensive knowledge of tape machines, their sonic qualities, operation, calibration and maintenance are specialized skills of his, and he can cut and mix records in both digital and analog workflows. Jacob has composed and recorded arrangements for pop records, bringing to life artists' ideas for their projects.
